Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP)

An STRTP is a therapeutic treatment center in a residential setting, our STRTP program serves adolescents of all genders 12 to 18 with six youth in each home. We provide care and supervision, along with specialty mental health services.

Temporary Shelter Care Facility (TSCF)

A Temporary Shelter Care Facility (TSCF) program provides a safe, home-like setting for youths that are in transition to their least restrictive placement. Along with a temporary shelter care only for the duration necessary to enable a county placing agency to perform required assessments and place a child appropriately.

We at Dimondale Foster Family Agency (DFFA) are dedicated to preparing resource families to care for children who have been identified as victims of child abuse and neglect. We are committed to the safety, permanency, and well-being of the children and non-minor dependents we serve. 

Dimondale Adolescent Care Facility provides residential services to abused, neglected, and/or at-risk-youth at nine facilities throughout Los Angeles County. We work closely with the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services, as well as LA County Juvenile Probation. Our operations are governed predominately by Title 22 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code. Each of our facilities is licensed by the Community Care Licensing division of the California Department of Social Services. This agency also licenses our Administrators.
