Are you a caring, mature individual with an interest in Human Services? Do you have verifiable experience in a residential care setting, or a college degree in a social science? Got what it takes to be a good role model? Are you willing to learn the fundamentals of adolescent development and care? Can you de-escalate a heated or confrontational situation with your calm demeanor and saintly patience? If you answered, “Yes!” to any of these questions, we would like to hear from you!
Dimondale Adolescent Care Facility has a continual need for dedicated staff members. We offer a short work-week for direct-care staff, and usually have afternoon-evening, graveyard, weekend, or on-call fill-in shifts available.
Title 22 Regulations require that all individuals who work with minors undergo a thorough criminal background screening, including clearance by the Child Abuse Index. If you have any prior convictions, or a history of domestic violence, there will likely be a serious delay in obtaining your clearance. Only cleared individuals are permitted to work for our organization. If, after receiving your application and resume, we are interested in offering you a position, you will be given details and the proper documentation needed to fulfill this obligation.
